This is the final resting place of the Persian Sufi saint who died in 1236. A velvet cloth, or chadar, covers the tomb inside a silver railing. Be prepared for intense crowds pushing forward. Keep moving continuously and hold tightly to your valuables.

This silver-covered door remains closed for most of the year. It opens only during the annual Urs festival and a few other specific dates. Passing through this doorway when it is open is considered highly auspicious.
